Hello everyone,
We are very happy to announce that the first donation for this year's main project has reached Bazou, and work on the new latrines has begun. Below is a glimpse of the work that is already in progress. You can see from the video that this is not easy work! Thank you again to everyone for your ongoing support. Njacko Backo & Valery Woloshyn travelled to Bazou, Cameroon, in January 2009 and visited École Saint Albert Le Grand, the school that Njacko attended as a child. During the visit the couple was inspired to help improve the education in the community. This is a 5 year project to make improvements to the school infrastructure.
It looks like the school fundraiser has gone to good use, can not believe how quickly the building work has started. Hope to hear from you soon and looking for the photos of the completed building.
